Anthony Castiglione was born and raised in Yonkers, New York. He
attended Yonkers Public Schools. Anthony then went on to serve in the
United States Navy. After his service in the Navy, he became a Union
member in 1976.

Anthony served on the Board of Auditors for 32BJ SEIU from November
2014 to November 2025.

In November 2025, he was appointed to the 32BJ SEIU Executive Board as
Assistant District Leader for the Hudson Valley.

For over 30 years, Anthony has served as District Steward, a member of
the 32BJ Training Fund Committee, a Bargaining Committee Member, and a
member of the Political Action Committee.
